a most joyful day

My bouncy little niece turns two today! Yesterday we all traveled to Auburn to celebrate. Much cake was eaten and many pictures were taken. Eventually I will get them all up on Flickr but bear with me for I have Sam, Lydia, and a messy house to tend to. Happy Birthday, Bullet!!!

We visited my sister down in Auburn yesterday. Lydia’s cousin, Elizabeth, has these excellent crayons that are mostly encased in plastic. Lydia was unamused with the unbreakable nature of the crayons and spent five minutes unsuccessfully trying to take them apart.
